BurrBrook Haven is conveniently located in the center of the Golden Horseshoe and is a great place to be able to enjoy 'getting away' and still have the option to take a drive and find fun and excitement.
Day Trips
BurrBrook is within driving distance of many rural towns, such as Dundas, Campbellville, Paris, Elora, St. Jacob's and Stratford. Or you could spend a day exploring Niagara on the Lake, touring wine country or visiting Niagara Falls.
If you're interested in an adventure in the city, Toronto offers many exciting, vibrant activities for guests of all ages. Toronto Gay Pride is traditionally the last week of June. Accommodations are scarce in Toronto for the week. Group rate available with shuttle service to GO transit. Hamilton also holds a Gay Pride weekend in mid-June.
Golf
For those who would enjoy a day of golf, our facility backs on to an 18-hole golf course, Dragon's Fire Golf course and is within driving distance of a number of other local courses.
Cycling
Burrbrook was once a short-term home of the 2003 Moldavia Cycling Team. Train on the same terrain as the pros. A secure premises for cycling gear is available, as are bicycles upon request.
Weekend Retreats
If you prefer a group activity, BurrBrook Haven offers all-inclusive retreat weekends designed for 8 to 10 women.
